MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- On Tuesday, Minneapolis' face mask ordinance will go into effect at 5 p.m. The ordinance requires people to wear masks when entering public buildings, from grocery and retail stores to hotels and government buildings.

Here are the latest updates in the COVID-19 pandemic:

4:00 p.m.: MDH says they're hearing about hospitals at or near capacity in ICU – says it's not unexpected and are watching the situation closely.
2:07 p.m.: Wisconsin COVID-19 cases update: 15,863 cases, 517 deaths.
1:00 p.m.: Routine road tests resume at Minnesota DVS locations.
11:33 a.m.: The Olmsted County Fair has been canceled.
11 a.m.: MDH reports 652 more COVID-19 cases and 18 more deaths. There are over 250 people in the ICU.
10:30 a.m.: Blood thinners being used to mitigate risk of clots in COVID-19 patients.
10:15 a.m.: Stay-at-home orders in many areas of the country may lead to an increase in rats and "aggressive rodent behavior," the CDC warns.
10:00 a.m.: Mystic Lake and Little Six casinos reopened today. President/CEO talks about what patrons can/cannot do, and how they're keeping them and employees safe.
10 a.m.: President Trump on Monday shared a tweet making fun of Joe Biden for wearing a mask in public — a step to help reduce the spread of the coronavirus that the president has not followed.
9:05 a.m.: Salvation Army confirms one case and death at Booth Manor Senior Housing.
9 a.m.: WHO Executive Director, Dr. Mike Ryan, says that we're not in the second wave. We're in the middle of the first wave globally.
5:28 a.m.: Health officials are urging Memorial Day weekend revelers in Missouri to self-quarantine after images online showed people partying at crowded pools.
