MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- On Monday, doctors and veterinarians were allowed to resume elective surgeries under the governor's stay-at-home order. In a week, the order is set to expire, but Gov. Tim Walz could yet issue another extension.

Here are the latest updates in the COVID-19 pandemic:

• 8 p.m.: Minnesota United FC will conduct individual, voluntary workouts at the National Sports Center Tuesday.
• 7:40 p.m.: HUD allocates $17.4M more to Minnesota for COVID-19 response and relief.
• 5:02 p.m.: Minnesota Senate Republicans pass a bill to allow many small businesses to safely reopen.
• 4:21 p.m.: The Minnesota National Guard announces a second round of flyovers to honor first responders this Wednesday.
• 3:13 p.m.: Gov. Walz signs an executive order allowing students in critical care sectors to attend classes or tests needed to graduate.
• 3:09 p.m.: Justice Department awards more than $8 million to address COVID-19 pandemic in Minnesota.
• 3:08 p.m.: Excelsior cancels Lake Minnetonka Fourth of July celebration due to COVID-19.
• 2:33 p.m.: The Minnesota Ways and Means Committee on Monday approved a bill creating COVID-19 contract tracing program.
• 2:24 p.m.: Wisconsin health officials say there are now 10,418 cases of COVID-19 and 409 deaths.
