Ciara, Darren Criss, Chelsea Clinton To Headline We Day 2015

MINNAEPOLIS (WCCO) -- The official We Day Minnesota lineup is out, and this year's festivities will include performances and appearances by Ciara, Darren Criss, and former first daughter Chelsea Clinton.

About 18,000 young people will be gathering at the Xcel Energy Center in St. Paul on Nov. 3 to take part. To earn their invitation, the students found ways to create change in their communities.

"I can't wait to be a part of WE Day Minnesota and learn about the amazing actions students have taken to earn their way to WE Day celebrations,"' Ciara said. "We Day is a powerful thing—it brings together young people from across America with the goal of inspiring and empowering them to make a difference."

The star-studded lineup will join international activists and WE Day co-founders, Craig and Marc Kielburger, to share their passion for change and international experiences.

Other notables who will be appearing at the event are actors Lily Collins, Henry Winkler and Oscar-winner Marlee Matlin, along with motivational speaker Spencer West, Dr. Mae Jemison and the Kenyan Boys Choir.

Clinton appeared on CBS This Morning on Tuesday to discuss her new book "It's Your World: Get Informed, Get Inspired and Get Going," as well as her mother's presidential bid.
