Chris Shaffer Gets A Surprise 50th Birthday Car Parade

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- Tuesday is Chris Shaffer's 50th birthday, and since he's currently working from home, he couldn't celebrate in person with his WCCO family.

Amelia Santaniello and Frank Vascellaro tried to throw him a surprise car parade -- but as you can see in the video above, it didn't go quite as they planned!
