Chisholm Man Stabbed During Argument Over 'Past Relationship'

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- A 39-year-old Chisholm, Minn. man was hospitalized after being stabbed early Saturday morning.

The incident happened at a residence in Luna Lake, which is 20 miles north of Hibbing, according to the St. Louis County Sheriff's Office.

Authorities believe 37-year-old Mark Morris, of Nashwauk, stabbed Michael Gangl during an argument about a past relationship.

The sheriff's office says Gangl suffered non-life threatening injuries.

Morris is in custody at the St. Louis County Jail in Hibbing.
