Sheriff's Office: Eastern Minnesota Crash Leaves 1 Dead

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – A man is dead after a single vehicle crash in eastern Minnesota Saturday.

According to the Chisago County Sheriff's Office, the crash occurred on Oasis Road about three-quarters of a mile south of Furuby Road in Chisago Lake Township just before 3 p.m.

Authorities attempted lifesaving efforts on the driver of the vehicle, but they were unsuccessful.

The victim's identity has not been released.
