Caribou Opening Alcoholic Coffee Bar At U.S. Bank Stadium

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – Caribou Coffee is bringing boozy coffee drinks to U.S. Bank Stadium.

The Minnesota-based coffee chain and the Vikings made the announcement Wednesday that the two are partnering to open Caribou's first-ever alcoholic coffee bar.

According to a press release, the bar will be located in the southwest corner of the new state-of-the-art Minneapolis stadium, and it'll be open in time for Sunday night's game against the Green Bay Packers.

Infused items on the special menu include the Spiked Mint Condition, a mocha with peppermint schnapps, Irish coffee (hot or cold), and the White Rushin', a cocktail made with cold press, Kahlua and vodka.

Each of these drinks will be topped with purple and gold brownie bites and purple whipped cream.

Other concession stands throughout the stadium will sell Caribou hot chocolate and the company's coffee.

The press release gave no information on how much the new adult coffee drinks will cost.
