Car Crashes Into St. Cloud Home, 2 Injured

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- Authorities in St. Cloud said a driver crashed into a house Wednesday afternoon, but no one was in the damaged part.

The woman driving the car and a boy passenger had minor injuries and were taken to a hospital, according to the St. Cloud Police Department.

Police arrived at the scene - at 22nd Avenue North and 3rd Street North - shortly after 1 p.m.

They say that the woman driving the Toyota Camry was going east on 3rd Street when she swerved to avoid a car that had legally entered the intersection at 22nd Avenue North. Then she went over the curb, through the yard, and into the house.

No one was in the area of the house that was struck.
