Cantor Mitch Cooks Kosher With A Twist And A Tune

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – It's the fourth day of Hanukkah, and in honor of the holiday WCCO went into the kitchen with Cantor Mitch.

Alongside the signing chef WCCO's Mike Augustyniak and Natalie Nyhus cooked kugels, a traditional kosher dish.

And they did it with a twist.

Cantor Mitch showed how cooking kosher doesn't have to be stressful. In fact, it can be fun, quick and easy.

This is something he aims to show in his new book, "Kosher Cuisine for a New Generation."
