Cali. Man Arrested In Connection With Minn. Woman's Murder

RIVERSIDE, Calif. (AP) — A Southern California man has been arrested in connection with the killing of a Thief River Falls, Minn. woman - whose dismembered remains were scattered in plastic bags along railroad tracks.

Riverside police said 28-year-old Christopher Marcus Brown was arrested Tuesday on an unrelated felony arrest warrant.

The Riverside Press-Enterprise reports Brown lives near where Jamie Lea Harmer's body was found on April 27.

Police said investigators searched his apartment for 18 hours and found evidence related to the crime.

Harmer had been in Riverside since early March.
