Burning Restrictions Lifted In Minnesota

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – Due to green-up and recent rains, fire danger in Minnesota is now low.

The Department of Natural Resources announced Thursday that burning restrictions for much of the state had been lifted. This means that permits will be available for the burning of brush and yard waste.

Before burning anything, however, one should also check with the county or municipality for specific burning regulations.
