Police: 70-Year-Old Hit, Killed By Car In Brooklyn Park

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – Police say a 70-year-old Brooklyn Park woman was crossing the street when she was struck and killed by a car Monday night.

According to authorities, the incident occurred in the 7500 block of Brooklyn Boulevard just before 5:30 p.m. in Brooklyn Park.

Police say the driver of the vehicle is cooperating with authorities in the investigation.

No additional information has been released at this time.
