Bosses Take Polar Plunge After Company Meets Growth Goal

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – A bet between some Twin Cities workers and their bosses left their managers in the cold on Friday.
The executive team from Outsell, a locally-based tech company, had to make a mad dash into a chilly Lake Calhoun after the sales team made an aggressive growth goal.
The jump wasn't only in good fun – Outsell raised $1000 for Special Olympics.
