Body Found In Bde Maka Ska ID'd As Muhammed Dibba

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) - A body recovered from Bde Maka Ska on Nov. 26, 2019 has been identified as a 39 year-old Minneapolis man.
Hennepin County Medical Examiner identified the man as Muhammed Dibba. The cause of death was determined to be freshwater drowning.
The manner of death is undetermined and is under investigation by the Hennepin County Sheriff's Office Water Patrol.
