Body Found In Apple River ID'd As Missing St. Paul Man

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- The Ramsey County Medical Examiner has identified the body of a man found last Sunday in Wisconsin's Apple River.

The Somerset Police Department says 29-year-old Kevin Rhines, of St. Paul, was found in the river near Village Park.

Rhines had been reported missing by St. Paul police on April 2.

The case is still under investigation, and the cause of Rhines' death has yet to be determined.

A GoFundMe page has been created to help pay for his funeral expenses. According to the page, Rhines leaves behind a 7-year-old son and a fiancée.
