Boater Finds Body Floating In St. Croix River
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) - A boater on the St. Croix River called police Saturday after spotting a dead body floating near the shore.
The Washington County Sheriff's Office found a female body near Scandia, Minnesota.
The cause of death is unknown.
