Bloomington Carjacking Leads To Chase, Arrest

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- A Norwood Young America man is in police custody, accused of stealing a car, threatening the owner with a weapon, and fleeing officers in several jurisdictions.

Police say the incident began when the suspect, identified as 29-year-old Alexander Kawika Gryskiewicz, threatened a Bloomington driver in a neighborhood just off Bloomington Ferry Road at around 6:15 a.m. Monday. Police say Gryskiewicz pushed the driver out of the car and sped off.
