Blink-182 Bringing New Album To The Xcel Energy Center

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – The iconic pop punk band Blink-182 is coming to St. Paul this summer on a tour of their new album "California."

According to the band's website, they'll play the Xcel Energy Center on Sept. 9. Tickets go on sale May 6.

This week, the band also released the first single off their new album, a song called "Bored To Death."

The album, which is the band's seventh, is slated to be released in July.

Notably, the band's longtime guitarist and singer, Tom Delonge, will be absent. His departure from the band was announced last year.

Replacing Delonge is Matt Skiba, the guitarist/vocalist of Alkaline Trio.
