Blaine Police Seek Public's Help In Identifying Armed Robber

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- Blaine police are asking for the public's help in identifying an armed robber believed to be responsible for at least eight robberies since fall.

Police say since Sept. 28, 2015, law enforcement has responded to a minimum of eight liquor store or gas station robberies in the cities of Blaine, Ham Lake, Mounds View, Circle Pines and Forest Lake.

Police say that evidence collected and victim statements suggest the same person is responsible for the robberies. The suspect carried and displayed a handgun in each robbery.

Anyone with information is asked to contact Blaine police at 763-785-6168 and Anoka County Central Communications at 763-427-1212.
