Bemidji Area Home Destroyed In Grass Fire

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- High winds and dry conditions were a bad combination that caused several grass fires in the Bemidji area on Saturday. One of them destroyed an elderly man's home.

Authorities said an 82-year-old man living at the home was able to escape safely. The home was a total loss.
