BCA: Predatory Offender Found Dead In Paynesville Home

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- Authorities say a man found dead in a Paynesville home on Tuesday was a non-compliant predatory offender wanted on several warrants.

The man was identified Wednesday by the Ramsey County Medical Examiner as Ryan Gean Clover, whose last known address was in Isanti County.
