Basilica Block Party Lineup Includes Death Cab, Gary Clark Jr. & More

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- We're still a couple months away, but we now know who will be playing at the annual Basilica Block Party this year.

Announced Thursday, organizers say Gary Clark Jr., American Authors, Death Cab for Cutie, The Fray, Ryan Adams and The Shining will be performing.

Other artists include the Cold War Kids, Andra Day, X Ambassadors and Matt Hires.

The block party will be July 8 and 9.

Discounted pre-sale tickets go on sale Friday morning at 10 a.m.

The show is sponsored by Cities 97 and benefits the Basilica of Saint Mary.
