Now, more doctors are now recommending immunotherapy treatment, specifically introducing small amounts of what you're allergic to in order to boost a person's immune system.

The FDA recently approved a new medication. You just put a few little drops in your mouth and it works similar to an allergy shot.

There are also new antihistamines being released that are less sedating, so you won't feel drowsy or tired.
