Apple Valley Police Seek Help Finding Package Thief

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – The Apple Valley Police Department is asking for the public's help to identify an apparent package thief.

Authorities say the man is suspected of stealing several packages from front porches of homes in Apple Valley.
