Ankle Injury Benches Rubio Indefinitely

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – The Timberwolves announced point guard Ricky Rubio is out indefinitely due to an ankle injury.

A MRI taken Saturday showed the injury was a significant sprain.

Rubio hurt his ankle in the second quarter of Friday's game against the Orlando Magic.

It is unknown when Rubio will play again.
