Amazon Now Hiring For New Twin Cities' Facility

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- Amazon has started hiring for its new facility in the Twin Cities.

For the past year, the company has been building a massive fulfillment center in Shakopee.

It's expected to open this summer and employ at least 1,000 people. And it appears Amazon is now hiring.

There are online postings for Amazon jobs in Shakopee, everything from warehouse associates, to robotics, transportation and IT support.

Amazon plans to use this center to provide same-day delivery of many products.
