After Final Cuts, Vikings Sign 10 To Practice Squad

EDEN PRAIRIE, Minn. (WCCO) -- After cutting the roster to its final 53 players on Saturday, the Minnesota Vikings signed 10 players to their practice squad for the season on Sunday.

The Vikings open the regular season on Monday, Sept. 14, at San Francisco.

The players heading to the practice squad include defensive end B.J. Dubose, offensive lineman Isame Faciane and David Yankey, safety Anthony Harris, linebackers Brian Peters and Brandon Watts, fullback Blake Renaud, running back Dominique Williams and Caledonia native and former Gophers wide receiver Isaac Fruechte.

The Vikings also signed former Concordia defensive end Zach Moore to the practice squad Sunday afternoon to fill it out at 10 players.
