911 Call Prompts Death Investigation In Richfield

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- Richfield police say an investigation has begun after a death early Monday morning.

According to police, officers were dispatched at 3:09 a.m. to the 6400 block of Clinton Avenue on a death investigation. Dispatch received the call via 911.

Details are limited, but police say the Hennepin County Crime Lab processed the scene and Richfield police are "actively investigating" the death.
