MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – From weather in the north to unrest in the Midwest to Kennedy Center Honors in the east, here is a look at the top four stories from Tuesday, Dec. 29, 2015.

Winter Strom Hits Metro

The Twin Cities first big winter storm has arrived! Some spots could see up to 10 inches or more by the end of the day.

So far, troopers with the Minnesota State Patrol have responded to 128 accidents, 15 with injuries. However, none were serious or fatal.

They also helped 128 drivers who spun out on those snow packed roads.

'Affluenza Teen' Arrested In Mexico

The so-called "Affluenza teen," wanted for violating his probation in Texas, is back in custody.

Ethan Couch, 18, was arrested in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico Monday, two weeks after failing to show up for a hearing.

Couch made headlines back in 2013 when he was sentenced to just 10-years probation following a drunk driving crash that killed four people.

Unrest In Cleveland After Rice Decision

Tensions are high in Cleveland, Ohio after a grand jury declined to indict two officers in the fatal shooting of Tamir Rice.

One of the officers, rookie Timothy Loehmann, shot the 12-year-old last year less than two seconds after arriving at a park where the boy was playing with a toy gun.

Prosecutors said Loehmann was justified in his actions because he believed the young boy was a threat.

CBS To Air Kennedy Center Honors

The Kennedy Center Honors air 8 p.m. Tuesday on CBS.

You won't want to miss Aretha Franklin saluting Carole King.

Other honorees include legendary actresses Rita Moreno and Cicely Tyson, along with Star Wars creator George Lucas and conductor Seiji Ozawa.
