4 Things To Do From Saturday, Dec. 17, 2016

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- Yeah, tons of snow may have just dropped on us, and record-setting cold is on the way -- but we're Minnesotans! Get out and embrace the arctic madness with help from Natalie Nyhus and Mike Augustyniak on WCCO Saturday Morning!

1. The CenterPoint Energy warming house at this year's Holidazzle is giving away 2,000 free scarves Saturday, starting at 11 a.m. You can find that near the skate rink in Loring Park in downtown Minneapolis. This is the last weekend to enjoy the annual Christmas Market. It goes until 10 p.m. Saturday night.

2. There will be a series of games and activities for girl's hockey at the Roseville skating center in St. Paul Saturday. The Roseville Area Youth Hockey Association is hosting the Girls Hockey Outdoor Classic. You can check it out now until 3:45 p.m.

3. An international snowboarding event is coming to Buck Hill Saturday. The competition provides opportunities for people to compete in world cups and the Olympics. The first run is at 9:30 a.m., the junior competition starts at 1:30 p.m. and the awards ceremony is at 5:30 p.m.

4. Waconia Wine Country is hosting its annual winter wine weekend. It's from noon until 6 p.m. at three Waconia wineries: Parley Lake, Sovereign Estates and Schram Vineyards. There will be holiday music, mulled wine, winter games and sleigh rides.
