3rd Annual Mississippi Minute Film Festival
The 3rd year of the Mississippi Minute Film Festival is here and the call for entries just opened. This year the contest is open to the full 72-mile stretch of the river, from Minneapolis through St. Paul – so they are looking for even more films to be entered.
