25 Bars In Twin Cities Join Together On PubPass

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – Twenty-five Twin Cities bars have come together to issue, what they are calling, a PubPass.

The idea is to get customers to visit all 25 bars.

Each bar offers a free beer to customers who have the pass.

In order to get the beer, the PubPass must be taken into each bar and be stamped. Once stamped you get a free craft beer.

Some people use the pass as a pub crawl, but extend if over a few weeks.

"We wanted to 'game-a-fy' the experience, a pub crawl experience, so that we're getting people out of their quadrants of the cities they normally would stick to. And get them to try out new bars and also new craft beer across the Twin Cities," Nick Dyer, co-founder of PubPass, said.

The pass is good for any beer on the menu of the bars included.

The PubPass costs $25 and can be purchased online.
