20-Year-Old Reiley Hoopman ID'd As Fatal East Bethel Crash Victim

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- The man killed in a crash in East Bethel Saturday has been identified as Reiley Hoopman of Isanti.

The State Patrol says Hoopman, 20, was going north on Highway 65 when he went off the road and crashed into a traffic control light. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

The crash, which happened near Viking Boulevard, shut down all lanes of the highway, causing traffic to be diverted for an extended period Saturday morning.
