2 Liquor Stores In Fargo Robbed Within About An Hour's Time

FARGO, N.D. (AP) — Fargo police are investigating robberies at two liquor stores within about an hour of one another.

Authorities say a masked male entered Bottle Barn about 8:30 p.m. Monday, showed a gun and fled on foot with an unknown amount of cash.

At about 9:40 p.m., a masked male who indicated he had a weapon but did not display one robbed the Spirit Shop.

Police Lt. Joel Vettel says the robberies are similar but it's unknown if they're connected. They're the fifth robberies in Fargo in less than two weeks.
