2 Injured In Downtown Minneapolis Shooting

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – Two people are hospitalized after an early morning shooting in downtown Minneapolis Saturday.

An off-duty officer heard gunshots around 3:15 a.m. on the 300 block of First Avenue North. When officers arrived in the area, they found two men with gunshot wounds in their legs.

The victims were transported to Hennepin County Medical Center with non-life threatening injuries.

Police are reviewing cameras in the area for suspects. Anyone with information should contact Minneapolis police.
