1 Rescued After Car Goes Into River In Bloomington

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- Bloomington officials say one person has been rescued after their vehicle went into the Minnesota River Thursday morning.

According to the Bloomington Fire Department, the vehicle went into the river at the end of Lyndale Avenue at the Minnesota River Bottoms.

The female victim, who was the sole occupant, was rescued and transported to hospital.
