1 Killed, 1 Hurt In Rollover Crash In Kabetogama
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- One person was killed and another injured in a St. Louis County crash Wednesday evening, according to the county sheriff's office.
The single-vehicle accident happened on the 9900 block of Gamma Road in Kabetogama Township at about 8 p.m. The vehicle struck a tree.
Early investigation suggests the driver, 43-year-old Jonathon Earl Stevenson of International Falls, lost control of the car and rolled when he tried to correct the vehicle.
The passenger in the vehicle was airlifted, but should survive her injuries.
The sheriff's office says that excessive speed and alcohol seem to have been contributing factors to the accident.
