1 Dead In Head-On Crash In Olmsted Co.

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – One person is dead after a head-on crash in Olmsted County Wednesday evening.

According to the Minnesota State Patrol, around 5:45 p.m. 65-year-old Daniel L. Atkinson, of Plainview, was driving southbound on Highway 63 when he collided with a Ford Edge traveling northbound.

A second car traveling southbound, driven 46-year-old Ronald L. Cuka of New London, also hit the Ford Edge.

The driver of the Ford Edge was killed.

Atkinson and Cuka suffered no apparent injury.
