1 Dead, 3 Injured In 3-Car Crash In Eau Claire Co.

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – One person is dead and three people are injured after a three-car crash on Interstate 94 near Eau Claire, Wisconsin.

According to the Wisconsin State Patrol, just before 8 a.m. a car was driving eastbound on I-94 near Eau Claire when the car crossed through the median. The eastbound car then struck two cars traveling westbound.

Three people were injured as a result of the crash. The extent of the injuries are unknown.

One person died.

The names of those involved in the crash have not yet been released.

The accident is currently under investigation.
