"You have a warrant from the state of Texas. It says for capital murder or homicide," said Judge Mindy Glazer.

The judge asked Culbert if she wanted to waive her extradition to Texas meaning she would be sent there within 15 days. If authorities do not pick her up within those days, she will be released.

The other option she had was for her to contest the extradition and stay in Miami-Dade County.

Culbert opted to be sent to Texas where a warrant was issued for her arrest on June 1st.

The judge ordered her to be held on no bond. She is set to be back in a Miami-Dade court on June 23rd.
