Woman Charged In Deadly Miami Gardens Shooting

MIAMI (CBSMiami) - A woman accused of killing a man in Miami Gardens has been charged with second-degree murder.
Miami Gardens police said Dominique Lyles, 23, was arguing with her boyfriend, 25-year-old Vershaud Walker, in a vehicle Tuesday morning in the 15400 block of NW 15th Avenue when she shot him.
When officers arrived, they found Walker dead in the vehicle. The firearm was recovered.
Police are investigating the shooting as a "domestic homicide."
