Winderman: Miami Heat Drama 'Will Be Highest in July'
Ira Winderman of the Sun Sentinel gives us the latest on Dwyane Wade and the Miami Heat after the NBA star appeared on NBA Finals pregame show last night, potentially dropping a few hints about his plans.
"When Dwyane Wade said this is getting handled in July," Winderman said on the Big O Show, "Dwyane Wade told all of south Florida, 'yes, I'm opting out. That decision has been made.' We will have another July to remember down here.
"Between that, Goran's contract getting taken care of, what happens or doesn't happen with Luol Deng, the drama in South Florida basketball again will be highest in July."
