Winderman: If Heat Has Interest, I Think Mike Miller 'Would Come Back'
After getting traded to Portland this weekend, many think former Heat wing Mike Miller will be waived. If that happens, should Miami pursue?
"When you list your 15 Heat roster spots," the Sun Sentinel's Winderman says on the Big O Show, "you say to yourself is using one on Mike Miller at this point in his career the best use of -- forget salary cap and tax -- your roster spots?
"... I think he would come back. I think Mike loves coming here. You know Mike, you know "let it fly" Mike. If there's one guy who's not gonna hold a grudge, of all the Heat guys of all time, he probably is at the top of the list. Mike just goes with the flow anywhere and he knows there's a lot worse places to spend the winter than down here in South Florida."
Miller was amnestied by the Heat a few seasons ago.
