Winderman: Devin Booker Should 'Get Strong Consideration' from Miami Heat

Should the Heat target shooting in June's NBA Draft?

"The one thing we're seeing in these Conference Finals that we've seen throughout the playoffs and the season is this is a 3-point shooting league and you have to have it," the Sun Sentinel's Ira Winderman said on the Kup and Crowder Show. "The Heat finished 24th in the league in 3-point shooting. That's why I think Devin Booker from Kentucky is gonna get strong consideration. Someone I believe they'll have in for a workout, take a long, hard look at No. 10.

"The Heat really fell off this year. They have to get back to 3-point shooting because that's what this game has become."

Three of the four teams in the Conference Finals -- Golden State (1st), Atlanta (2nd), and Cleveland (5th) -- ranked in the top five in 3-point shooting percentage this season.
