Weston Teen Fighting For Life After Getting Hit By Car

WESTON (CBSMiami) -- Authorities are investigating an accident that left a 14-year-old boy with life-threatening injuries.

The Broward Sheriff's Office said a car struck the teen Sunday afternoon at Shadow Club Rd and Indian Trace. Police were forced to shut down the intersection temporarily.

The teen was airlifted to Broward Health Hospital.

The driver stayed on scene.
