Warm & Humid Week Ahead

MIAMI (CBSMiami) – It will be another scorcher around South Florida Sunday afternoon. High temperatures will reach the upper 80s to near 90 degrees inland. A few inland locations could actually break the 90 degree mark.

It will be better by the beaches with temperatures around 85 to 87 degrees and an ocean breeze in the afternoon.

High pressure will create clear skies through the first part of the day and the sea breeze will add a few clouds through the afternoon.

Overall, rain chances will be extremely low, but the sea breeze could fire up a couple of showers deep inland during the afternoon.

The humidity will be higher Sunday afternoon so South Florida will be sweating.

This week, the warm and dry weather continues. However, a cold front arrives in northern Florida by the middle of the week and the rain chances around South Florida will begin to rise.
