Victims Of Helicopter Crash Identified

LANTANA (CBSMiami/AP) – One person remains in critical condition Tuesday following a fatal helicopter crash near the Lantana airport.

The Two people onboard at the time of the crash were identified Tuesday morning.

The Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office says Luis Aviles, a thirty-four-year-old pilot, died in Monday's crash. Jonathan Desouza, a twenty-five-year-old student pilot from Boynton Beach, remains in critical condition.

Officials say the National Transportation Safety Board and the Federal Aviation Administration are investigating.
