Unclaimed Winning Fantasy 5 Ticket About To Expire

TALLAHASSEE (CBSMiami) – Purchase a Fantasy 5 ticket in Florida City in July? You may be sitting on some extra cash and the chance to redeem it is coming to an end.

A winning ticket that was sold at the Circle K at 970 West Palm Drive in Florida City has not been redeemed, according to Florida Lottery officials. Time is ticking as the 180-day deadline to claim the ticket's top prize of $109,803.70 expires January 12, 2015 at midnight.

The winning numbers for the July 16, 2014 drawing were: 1, 8, 11, 17, and 26.

While any Florida Lottery retailer can validate the winning ticket, the top prize must be claimed at a Florida Lottery district office or at Florida Lottery headquarters in Tallahassee.
