Tyson Foods Recalling 40,000 Pounds Of Frozen Chicken Patties

MIAMI (CBSMiami) – Tyson Foods is recalling 40,000 pounds of chicken patties.

The company says pieces of a gasket or seal made it into bags of 'Weaver' brand 'Fully Cooked Chicken Breast Patties With Rib Meat.'

It has a use-by date of January 31st, 2020 and has the code P-13456 printed on it.

If you have one of these bags, throw it out or return it to the store where you bought it.
