Truck Crash Causes Tie Ups On I-95

FORT LAUDERDALE (CBSMiami) --  A crash in Broward County involving a truck caused some major traffic tie ups Monday morning.

Authorities said it all happened on the southbound lanes of I-95 beyond exit 25 for /Marina Nile SR-84 around 7 a.m.

Chopper4 was over the scene after the car transport truck slammed into a median wall. Some of the cars on the truck appeared to have damage. It is unknown if the damage to the cars was caused by the accident.

Just before 9 a.m., traffic could be seen backed up until at least Broward Boulevard as three lanes had been blocked off.

It is unclear if anyone was injured or what caused the accident.

Drivers may want to opt to take Florida's Turnpike to avoid traffic.
